LINSERT <key> <BEFORE | AFTER> <pivot> <element>

• key: Primary key to read or mutate.
• pivot: Existing list element used as the insertion anchor.
• element: List element value.

#Returns

Returns a Redis-compatible reply whose exact shape depends on the command and selected options.
